By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. Use of the website and related services is limited to professionals and businesses seeking or offering consulting engagements. Consultants and clients must provide accurate information when interacting with Synchrony.

3. Consultant Engagement

Independent consultants working through Synchrony must meet a strict vetting process, including:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Recognized sector expertise

• References from senior professionals

• Alignment with project requirements

• Compliance verification

Consultants remain responsible for the quality and timeliness of their deliverables. Synchrony provides the matching and support infrastructure but does not supervise the consultant’s day-to-day work unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Engagement

Clients may engage consultants on a project-by-project basis, through frame agreements, or under public sector tenders. Synchrony facilitates the identification and onboarding of qualified consultants and ensures that all administrative and contractual processes are compliant and efficient. We are not responsible for the final outcome of an engagement unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

Synchrony charges a service or placement fee as specified in written agreements with clients. Consultants may also be subject to a usage or administrative fee depending on the engagement model. All payments, invoicing, and timelines are agreed upon in advance and handled through our administrative support structure. Late payments may result in added service charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and frameworks used by Synchrony remain the intellectual property of Synchrony unless stated otherwise. Consultants retain rights to their own deliverables unless these rights are transferred under the terms of an individual client engagement. Clients may use deliverables only for internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Synchrony is committed to protecting the privacy of all parties involved. Any data shared with us is treated as confidential and processed in line with applicable data protection laws. 8. Platform Use and Conduct

All users agree to act professionally and refrain from:

• Misrepresenting their expertise, qualifications, or needs

• Using the site for unlawful, unethical, or misleading purposes

• Sharing confidential project details without consent

• Attempting to bypass Synchrony's role in active engagements

Violations may result in removal from active or future projects.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
